Persistent Pain Care

Living with chronic pain often comes with layers of impacts on day to day life. Pain management can be significantly more successful when we take a look at the greater picture of the impacts on someone's life and work on strategies to break the pain cycle. I consider every person seeking treatment to be the expert in their experience, where my role is to provide support, information, resources, advocacy, and goal planning to enable you to better manage your pain. I integrate pain coaching and nervous system regulation strategies as part of my osteopathic approach so that you can better understand and navigate your pain, to manage flare-ups, and implement self-care strategies to reduce the intensity and impacts of pain on your life.
